Credit Card Debt

I have approx. $5,000 in credit card debt. I was going through CCCS, but after a year, I saw basically no drop in balances, and decided it wasn't worth the struggle to pay them every month when I wasn't seeing the results I'd hoped for. Basically, I'm just in over my head....debt is almost exceeding income. The cards are all 90 days past due, and the companies are calling daily. I never answer the phone. I filed BK in 2000, so I basically have another 3 years to go before I could file again.

Do you think I"ll be able to hold off these credit card creditors until then? Should I try to "settle" with them somehow?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
