Hello, I'm having all sorts of problems with these
people also. I however am being called by a man
named Al Reed. Whom might I add is extremely RUDE
and arrogant! He has called called me a liar and
tried to get my mother to give him my WORK phone
number. I ended up doing a voluntary repossion and
got that cleared up and THEY ARE STILL CALLING! I
called them tonight and asked for his SUPERVISOR
once again and got a man named Josh. Which I doubt
was a manager. I told him I wanted their state
license number to file a complaint with the Better
Business Buereu and he refused. He said that didn't
matter and was none of my buisness. AND HUNG UP ON
ME! I called back and got mister Al Reed himself
and asked to speak to his manager and after a long
debate and calling me Little Missy I got transfered
to Josh's voicemail. I called the 800 number on the
paper which is 1.800.659.7641 and talked to a
gentleman which gave me the administration number
which is 1.800.619.3419 EST. They are open 9-5. I
plan on calling tomorrow. If you have any advice or
comments please followup!
