Your rights are your denial in your Answer. Deny each and every allegation on the Summons that you do NOT agree with. In this case, you say you deny ever corresponding or speaking to them.. THEY have to prove they did so and THEY have to prove that YOU made some 'agreement'. Nothing in writing.. they don't have a leg to stand on !
