Just trying to be prepared here......If a CA contacts me about this debt, what should I do? Should I just ignore them until they get nasty? I truly don't have a problem with sending Cross Country SOMETHING, but it would never even be close to help paying off the debt because they will just keep charging the over the limit fees and the late fees. I tried paying them through CCCS, but they wanted $40 a month, and that's more than I could afford to pay. So, CCCS didn't work for me.

I would have a long wait waiting out the SOL, but is it possible do you think to put them off for that long? Do they ever go after your bank accounts? I have a joint account with my husband. We live in Indiana.
