Is it a good thing to imply bk.....anyone

When threatened by these creditors, other than oc, is it a good idea to imply that bk is an option im considering when they pressure to pay full amount or else....NCO has said that my husbands income is considered in the income of the household...i said that these are my cc not my husbands, he is not on them, they asked questions like, is he employed fultime also, how many mortg. do you have, what about getting the equity out of your house..I told they i have a ist,2, and 3 mort. and it was mort. at 125%. They just dont stop...help
