I called Ivy Tech College and the business office said that it looks like I withdrew from classes after receiving my Pell Grant, so therefore, I owe the college back a portion of the funds I received. She said she would have to go down to the archive room to get further details. I told her I wanted her to do that and get back with me.

I got her to tell me when I withdrew from these classes, and it was 1-5-98. Is there not an SOL that would apply here? This is 5 years old and I'm just now hearing about it? Isn't there something I can do? Not that I am trying to dodge it or anything, but darn, after this long, why harrass me about it now?
