Charge Off Questions

I have four charged off cards. I have attempted to enter a debt management program and Capital One has advised that they will not work with the program and want 10% of my balance per month.
Providian has sold my one card to Arrow Financial and never told me. Today I got a letter from Charles Soffar attny office in TX and when I called - I was advised that they are filing judgment in Florida (where I live) because I entered into the debt program. He said that his client - Arrow Financial - bought my charge off and wants their full money by 8pm this evening. No one ever told me that Providian sold this charge off. I just entered into the debt managment program on the 1st of May. The letter from the attorney was on 05/07/03. The attorney office pulled my credit report on 05/06/03. I had no knowledge of any of this. The attorneys office threatend suit 5x and said that only full payment would avoid this court action. They wouldnt tell me how to contact the new creditor Arrow Financial. I just pulled my credit report and it still lists Providian to this account.
In addition. I askd the personal at the law firm if the call was being recorded - about 5minutes into the call and he said it may or may not. When I asked again he called me scum and a deadbeat.
All four of the cards that are charged off I am attempting to put thru the debt managemnt program. But to work directly with the card- they want more than my finances allow. How do I pay the debt back - with interst- but avoid a judgement?
And what about this law firm from Texas on this Arrow Financial? What should I do? Thanks.
