Pay these bugs nothing, report them to the New Jersey Attorney General, a chap who has taken a shine to this gang of pirates. You are in good hands with Scott, Patti, LadynRed, WhyChat and other friends on this board, all of whom have fine knowledge of this very colorful company. They are a study in on going criminal conduct. The FTC really needs a nice note from you as well, telling them of the upbuilding conduct of National Check Control and its many little scams. Like the town drunk who just can't help himself, these moronic goons perpetrate against people like you over and over and over again without regard to the trouble they find themselves in, but that is about to change. You can help them attain much deserved oblivion. Honestly, it's getting tough for a criminal to make a living, judging by the shibboleth heaped upon NCC. Deservedly yours,
Keyser Soze "You know you can get to us, this is to let you know that we can get to you." - Dean Keaton, "The Usual Suspects", c. 1995 PS - the above quote makes a nice phrase by which to guide one's systematic dissemblement of collection agencies and their string pullers.
