We are in the process of filing for BK. ch 7
I know i can keep the house and our car-I just had a question or two that I really didnt want to ask my lawyer. What would happen if I decided not to list 1 card on the form? I heard of people not listing a card or two and noting happens to them.( It is a small debt that I know i can get rid of before the creditors meeting) I just wanted to have a card in case of emergency, and to rebuild a once excellent credit rating.
And do the creditors care how the debt got there? (It is really embarassing how this came to be) Is there anything else I need to know? I live in PA. I never thought I'd see the day where I'd be here!
