Sorry it didn't work. Now, do your balance transfers to a lower rate card and let Bankone figure out that 16.9% x zero balance equals zero revenue. I'll bet that if you zero those cards out that within 6 months, they'll make you a new offer.
You're doing OK. Just pay on time and in the agreed amounts and stuff will work out.
