Not to contradict WhyChat in any way, but I believe I read a post from a PA resident that said they cannot place a lien on your home for credit card debt.

PA may not have any decent exemptions, but for BK, and against judgments too, if a home is deeded as 'tenancy in entirety', then the home is 100% exempt from the debts of only 1 spouse.
