Hi,
I am wondering what I should do know with my latest threatening (criminal prosecution)letter from NCC. I have read that those bastards are finally going down, (hopefully,) but I am curious, could they have done any further damage to my credit report? I had already paid the bounced check to the retail store directly when I got a letter from the retailer. This was all over 3 years ago. Do I need to do anything about these NCC threats? I know I must sound pretty naive' but could they have issued a warrant out for me? Thanks for any help in advance,
