When was this letter dated? They can do nothing and I mean nothing. They will be the ones going to jail soon enough. Immediately call the ftc and the new jersey attorney general tomorrow morning and file your complaint. There is a june 9th hearing to decided if they are shut down for good. They are suppose to obey the law right now but fat chance of that.
