i purchased it online and it is supposed to be the three in one with the three major ones- experian, equifax and transunion. The problem is the 1-800 number they gave with any questions is stating that the whole site is down. Honestly I am having so much trouble trying to understand all this and feel totally vulnerable and inadequate at best. Do you need to know the site where I ordered it from so you will know what they sent me looks like? Thank you for your help.
