Getting calls of threats to get a lawyer

JBC & Associates starting calling me two weeks ago. I spoke to a lawyer to find out what my rights were. If any. I found out some interesting info. Which, lead to me asking them the questions. Next time they called. Instead of answers, I got "We are a lawfirm" " Go get a good lawyer, You'll need one" And "You're going to court" Yet, I have recieved no court papers. I did some research on this company. And, found out the lady calling nor the company has a license to collect money from me.And, nothing showed JBC & Associates being a lawfirm. Just Debt collection. I also found out, that this company had a Class Action Suit against them in September of 2001. That they lost in Ca. For doing the same thing that they are doing to me now. So, I guess I'd like some input on what the next step should be.
