If you just put them off when they call or tell them you are sick and can't get calls, to just mail you,do not let them know you knowyour credit rights, do not dispute or validate or check your credit UNTIL you are past SOLm they will likely not bother to file suit.

Once you are past SOL, (4 years from the date of your last "on time" payment to the ORIGINAL CREDITOR), you can send them the SOL letter from my website.
