Ok I have been keeping up with all of your post which have been very helpful. Here is my question I have charge offs on my cr. Although they state that they have been sent to ca no ca's appear on my cr. I have sent validation letters to the ca's in which they can not validate the debt. ok but did it really make sense to send validation letters to the ca when they are not even on my report. all that is on my report are the oc and they are listed as charge offs. how do i get that removed? In NY.
