Charge off? Judgement?

I have one charge off that has been on my report for six years. I realize that will drop soon. I have one "Paid" charge off from three years ago. What is the difference between a charge off and judgement? I am hoping to qualify for a manufacture home/land loan next year through FHA. I have held a job with the same employer for 10 years and my income is 60k. I have current credit that I have had for over 5 years and just last year was able to get a new car loan with reasonable interest rates. Is a charge off the same as a judgement? How will FHA look at this? Thank you.
