We had the same thing happen to us, u r entered into chex systems as a bad account in all bank check systems, no bank will let u open a checking account until u take money management classes . The bank is suppose to give u all that information.Also u need to clear up the bad account with the bank. Good Luck! By the way u can still open up a savings account at any bank , just no checks. Use Cashiers checks or Money Orders. Nancy
