I, too, am a bit confused. I have a debt owed to a medical facility that I wish to pay. Using your HIPPA letter, and insert A, I have filled in all the blanks. My question is whether I need to include all the legalese in the letter with my payment. Can I not just state my demands without telling them why they must do so?
