Not really anything you can do. We have decided, after two creditors sending us to collections and such...to file Ch. 13 on his sole debt and all joint debt would go under that. As a result...anything w/ his name on it will be reported as such and my sole debt won't. So some accounts will show up like that. And it's on there for 10 yrs. Especially w/ Experian.
