I received a notice from Mortgage Electronic Registration stating that they were filing a motion to re-open my bankruptcy case and annul the automatic stay.

The reason is that they were not aware that I was filing for bankruptcy and that at the same time the bankruptcy procedings were occurring they were forclosing on my mortgage.

The last contact I had with a mortgage co was with aliance mortgage I never receved notice that they were
an agent for first mortgage co.

Now what my attorney is out of the country until, of course, June 27th, the date they are going to federal bankruptcy court.

Can they re-oopen it and then what??? my bankruptcy is no longer valid??? Help I'm sick over this.
