OK- let me see, they are filing suit against you for a "purported" installment loan that they have no record of?? Just file a general denial of all their claims, and file a countersuit for abuse of the court system and frivolous lawsuit, and violation of the Federal FDCPA and Florida consumer credit laws. If YOU have any records that contradict their claim that it was an installment loan contract, i.e. if it was a revolving loan account, keep it as a "back-up" in case they DO find some paperwork to back up their claim.
