Discover did the collection under another name, I wasn't aware it was still them until I got a letter from a lawyer that was sueing them. I was included in the suit because I didn't respond to the letter. Discover had threatened to put a lein on our homes (our, as in alot of people, not just me). A credit of about $36 was put on our account. Will this show as activity on my part? A BK lawyer had suggested we try "Do Nothing" and that's what we did. Thanks
