I have heard that also but have no clue. I talked to mr. o'reilly yesterday and he said it would be 5-6 weeks before he know if the garnishment went through. Of course, if the FTC keeps some of their cash frozen maybe you will get it. Did he say how much you might get if he can get the money. I saw there are 32 of you but if it is the standard 1k each that leaves the attorney with a 130k+ windfall. Not bad for 20 minutes of work considering NCC did not even show up for court.
