They're full of crap ! The SOL in ANY state has run out, even if the debt was yours. Send them WhyChat's Expired SOL Cease and Desist letter and tell 'em to go pound sand ! You don't have to provide a thing ! Send the letter certified, RRR and keep copies. What state ARE you in ?
