The BS about 'notifying Fleet' is just that, more than likely just a threat to scare you - and its worked already. I can't say to totally ignore it, but I would NOT give in to panicing based on their stupid pressure letter. The balance isn't that high and I've not heard of Fleet being sue-happy like some others (notably Discover and Crap1).

Who is the CA ? Is this their first letter to you ?
