Are you a Corporation or a sole prop? Is this commercial debt? FDCPA does not address Commercial debt only consumer debt. Did the CA place their trade line on your CR or on your business CR? I went through this same situation some time ago. After 3 months and no validation, I filed a petition in court and had them served. Their attorney called and we worked out a written agreement for removal of trade line in return for dismiss with prejudice.
