Creditor do not call letters etc

Hello folks. Need someone's help (hint Why Chat) I have a friend that is trying to use Ameridebt as a credit counselor to help them pay their debts. From the sound of things that they are telling me, ameridebt sucks. I referred them to a local place that helped my father out a great deal but I have 3 questions. 1. Does anyone have a recommendation for a legit credit counselor. 2. Anyone have any info on ameridebt as far as experiences. 3. Last but not least, can someone give me a good example of a credit do not call letter. I sent one to a creditor almost 2 years ago that I got from here but I dont have the copy of it anymore. Can someone give me either a link or the format of a good one to pass along to my friend. Thanks much.
