CT has a 6 year SOL.. you're within SOL for all of them :(, so an SOL letter will do you no good. A blanket C&D is a bad idea as well, their answer to that could be a lawsuit. Charged-off 8 times ? I don't think so.. it only happens once. If they show 8 dates, use the earliest one. What kinds of balances are we talking about here ?
