Hello All,
Recently my credit card issuer began sending
my creit card bills to a wrong address. After two months of no credit card correspondence I contacted credit card company and the mistake was discovered.
The problem now is in the interim the credit card company notified credit agencies that I was "slow pay" risk and I also now have a problem with E-Z pass
payments for tunnels and bridges in NYC area since E-Z
Pass payments were replenished by this credit dard.
Does anyone know if I have any recourse against the credit card company? I am very upset with having to now
rectify thier mistake and know that if I had been in the wrong in this matter they would stick it to me big time.
Thanks - Willy
