He did the divorce papers, I just signed them. I trusted him at that time, and I didn't know that I was suppose to separate the joint accounts on the divorce papers.
I was a stupid girl, living in this country for only 3 years and unaware of the laws.
I thought, that after signing these papers, I could call all the companies and be taken out of the Accounts, Yeah Right!
The little things that I have learned about law have been looking for help on the net because of this Lawsuit.

At this point, I don't know what to do. Right now I am doing what Whychat recommended me.
