We were separated when the repossession occurred. The divorce wasn't final yet. They never sent me anything in writing. They only contacted me by telephone and everytime I would give them my ex-husbands phone number and address. They did send a repo man with his tow truck to my home once but I told him the same thing I told the person calling me. "Its my soon to be ex-husband's vehicle. This is his phone number and address. The vehicle is not located at my home." Of course, each of them threatened legal action and jail for hiding the vehicle but they did eventually go to his address and repossess it.
