in all my dealings with creditcard co's "underseal" has never come about & ive personally never heard that being applied to credit cards .. i know that site your talking about & again in all my readings on diff state laws thats the only site ive ever even heard mention that term in terms with creditcard debt but they try anything at times in hope the consumer is lost .. im no expert & just my opinion here but i dont think that'll fly .. the problem with moving to a state with a longer SOL than the one you lived in is that IF they sue they'll sue you in the state with the longer SOL .. bye , kel ......
