DISPUTE, DISPUTE, DISPUTE !! There is now a joint initiative between all 3 credit bureaus to combat identity theft problems such as yours. You need to call one of them and report the identity theft, the other 2 will then be notified of the saem. You need to dispute the fraudulent items as 'not mine' and 'fraud'. You also need to point out to ALL of them that you were a MINOR when these accounts were apparently opened. Minors cannot enter into binding contracts, so you should also be able to fight these things based on your age at the time the accounts were opened. You may have to provide some proof of your age to make this work, but the law is on your side.

YOU owe these scumbag collection agencies NOTHING, you have been defrauded and you need to make sure you tell them that if you speak to them at all. I would recommend you NOT talk to them, but get the ball rolling with the credit bureaus on the identity theft. You also need to file a police report on the ID theft so you have that to send to the credit bureaus.

You'll need some patience, this isn't going to be fast or easy, but you have many things on your side to fight this.

You should start doing some reading about your rights - go to the link below.
