Was the original judgment included in your 1990 bankruptcy ??

If so, it apparently was NOT vacated after your discharge, as it should have been. If it WAS included, and discharged, you're going to have to contact whoever holds the judgment, remind them of the bankruptcy, and then file to get it vacated based on the BK discharge.
