I have applied for a mortgage and of course the Cap1 charge off shows on my CR...DOLA is 10/99 so I am assuming this was past SOL prox 5/2003 (?) Is there anything I can submit to underwriters to show that this debt is not collectable and do you think that will actually do me any good???? That's the only thing on my CR after the BK in '96 that is messing me up and dropping my FICO. TIA for your help.... :)
