can old cc accounts from 98 that are still showing balance due be sold to new CA after the sol is up? if so what can i do, if anything,to have them removed from my credit report. my acct has been hit so many times after the sol in california that is really causing my family hardship. our credit has been perfect since 98. but it looks as if we have new collections everytime a new cA hits us on our credit report.please help
