I figured it had to be about money eventually.
But you know Why Chat it looks like some of these state AG's are getting some good publicity about going after these people. The AG in both New York and Mn. have filed lawsuits against Cross Country for their collection practices and the New Jersey people are being well received. It may make sense to a crusading state AG with an eye on a higher office to take on some of these thugs.
