He thinks the cards were forwarded to her at her new address. She moved out while they were still married, the divorce took time to go through. The cards were activated after the divorce (the balance on the cards the day of the divorce was zero) and used after too, without his knowledge. They say it was a joint account but he has no record of opening or even applying for these cards. The account was closed due to lack of payment. Cards can be activated by touch tone phone now, right, no signature involved?
Sigh.
