Forget their pitiful offers to settle, as you state this is about justice. Better to burn them into the bowels of Hades then to accept their cash, tainted as it is with the blood and tears of single parents, elderly, the disabled, and those terrorized into giving up their money on pain of prosecution for uncollectable, unsubstatiated debts.

The Collections 'industry' has a rather too-clever-by-half habit of conning, threatening, and just plain extorting people. A reading of the postings to this board is, the good nature of the many posters notwithstanding, a fine study of decent people maintaining their composure and refraining from justifiable retaliation in the extreme as result of relentless provocation by these thugs.

When we find trash in our beds, we do not clean it up, make the best of it, try to negotiate with it. We discard, shred, or burn it. When we find heaps of canine dejecta plopped upon fine bone china platters, we do not dive in with knife and fork, and upon having with gusto completely devouring this dog's predigested breakfast, we do not giddily demand a second portion.

No, no we do not. We place it securely in a sealable bag, so as to contain the stench and devoid this mess of oxygen, lest it further befoul our lives. These predators as you so wonderfully enumerate have with no effort whatsoever managed to violate dozens of state and federal laws. Why? Simple. It's just that which they do. Every day, day in, day out. They prey upon people with threats.
The unsophisticated - in the legal sense - citizen's unawareness of their rights and protections and fear of judicial process is exploited by these moral cretins for reasons ever old, sleazy, and tedious - love of dishonest gain.

Burn these creeps. Nail them, smash these cat-box Kielbasi's into fragments, the better to dry up and be blown away with a foul wind.

You will find postings here about people who have been threatened, extorted, gone without medication on pain of jail threats courtesty of these scumbags. You will read of those literally goaded into committing suicide by this sub-human garbage which dares with the bravado of the psychopath to call itself 'collections professionals'. Indeed, much in the manner of those fine camp dentists who so methodically removed valuable gold and silver fillings from internees upon their passing if not before.

Just as the bankers and their lickspittle attack orangutang collection agents so cavalierly dismiss their ongoing psychopathy as 'just teaching debtors a lesson, making examples so others pay their debts', indeed, two can play at that game.

You will read on this board of soon-to-be extinct scumbag blackmailers masquerading as collection companies, National Check Control comes to mind. Run by an ex-and-currently -practicing federal con, this company now finds itself in a place never contemplated during its little '90's ten-million dollar romp over the corpses of debtors.

The owners of this firm are being prosecuted in New Jersey among other venue, soon they will find to their consternation that reversal of fortune exempts no one, that pride indeed preceeds the fall. They have made their own homes be their gallows.

You are an inspiration to us all. Thank you for posting, please continue to do so.

Yours in combat,

Keyser Soze
