So basically what i need to do is call/write the credit bureau and claim that this charge is "not mine." They will in turn talk with MGM who will in turn contact me. At that point i can claim SOL. When does it get removed from the credit report? And if SOL makes it removed, does it show a bad mark against you, like a "write off"?
