How do i do that. As you can tell this is the first problem i've had with my credit but it is keeping me from buying a car. It obviously wasnt on my credit 3 years ago when I purchased my current car but it has appeared now. I believe the last payment I made was a $40.00 payment before August 1, 1997 and that was to Wards, not Midland Credit. To this date I still have no way of contacting Midland Credit as I havent recevied a letter from them. I thought SOL was just for a suit against you, its for repayment also?
