OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! This sounds SO familiar! These jerks got a default judgment against me in November of last year, and I was never served!!! Who is the original creditor?? Let me guess, Household??? I paid my Household account off 5 months BEFORE the default judgment. If I were you, go to the courthouse, then the bank and get all your cash! They froze all my assets, and we are still in court over this!!! The best part is, I have more proof than you can shake a stick at, and they just can not accept it!
