About the trust for the house, it is irrevocable it is part of a trust that is administered by my mohter's family. She cannot make any decicions about the house without their consent. basically she is the beneficiary.
do you tthink the house is exempt? and if it is what should we do if we lose?
O by the way Asset's attorney is Rodolpho J. Miro. I hope he doesn't show.
Regarding my mom going to a doctor, well she can't since she doesn't have insurance and she can't affor it. If I had the money I would take her but I don't either.
So I hope we can win with what we have.
My mother is so distressed over this I am realy worried about her health. So I'll do as you say I will tell them that they have to validate the debt. and just comment on the room :)
