no, there is nothing with my signature on it. How do I go about asking for that? How do i answer the questions that I was extended a credit line by citi? What about that that all the charges shown are mine?(yes they have the whole thing)The Plaintiff gave defendant attorney fee notice? I do not know what this is. I guess i have to fill this out and re-file with clerk? within 30 days.
