I saw a lawyer today and he after looking at my paperwork he says looks like we may have to go ch 13, this is a payment plan over 5 years, this must exclude my house right? also does it look better worse or the same on my credit, and what advanatage or disavantage does it have? Any additional info on this would help Thanks a ton
