This company has now been calling and harrassing me for well into the third month, about a previous tenant that lived at this address some four to five years ago! The Problem is I'm a tenant at this address now, having been here into my fourth year and this bunch of very stupid idiots keep looking up the current phone number at this address and making telephone scam calls to my home asking for Beverly! They immediately hand up when asked if it is a collection agency, or anything else only to keep calling over and over again. Since they use Sprint Canada as their long distance carrier, our local Phone Company SaskTel gave me special instructions that were required for them to trace the calls in their network coming over a Sprint Canada Switch. SaskTel Security and Sask Tel has been invloved for some time dealing with this criminal outfit! They have been putting my personal information onto some person's accounts by the name of Beverly Ann Head for several months now! I have been calling each and every client one by one and complaining about their illegal and criminal actions and intent such as to TD Canada Trust, Jenny, 1-866-343-1906 and others! While I have a letter dated July 4th, 2003 to me from Collectcorp that says: In regards to your recent experience with Collectcorp Inc., I would like to take this opertunity to formally apologize for any inconvience and misunderstanding that this incident may have caused you. We apologize for the incorrect contact to yourself and for the inconvenience that you were caused. Please be advised that our employees will no longer be contacting you in this regards to this matter. Your truly'

1-800-565-8597 Irregardless of this letter of appology, this idiotic company has continued and even stepped up their ongoing harrassement by using an automated dialer to keep calling my home phone number up to 15 times a day kicking me off the internet and such since June and this looks like yet another collection account from the looks of it! I've complained to the Regina City Police, and Saskatchewan Justice, Collection Agencies Licensing Branch about this company already....and now I'm filing a $5,000.00 claim against them in small claims court as a possible means to deter them and try and get them to stop their ongoing criminal harrassement of me over someelses bad debts! Nothing else has worked yet to date with this criminal outfit!
