Thanks WhyChat for looking it over. I'm going to stick to my guns, and use the information from you site. It is sometimes hard deciding what to do with regards to using an attorney or not. I feel using an attorney solves the problem with the Judges having an attitude with someone trying to represent themselves, but then you are putting your trust in ones hands. Now to quote a a sentince in the movie Jerry McQuire, "let me help you help me" I will work on getting my attorney to see the light of the 4 yr SOL as described on your site. At least I will not have to worry about following Rules of Law having an attorney on board.
