As Patti says, this company is in VERY deep doo-doo with the NJ Atty General AND the FTC. I suggest you call BOTH agencies and file a complaint ASAP.

NCC has had its assets frozen by the FTC.. its amazing the morons keep at the same thing even with the FTC and their State AG on their butts !!

You don't owe them a damn thing, send them packing. You should also notify the Atty Gen of your own State, CA has some VERY tight consumer protection laws and I *thought* I'd read where NCC was barred from trying to collect in CA !
